Creamy, rich and satisfying, my "cookie dough" has to be one of my most favorite go to treats whenever I am craving something really bad for me. I love that this can be assembled in less than 2 minutes but really pack a punch when it comes to craving something sweet and sugary. However unlike something sweet and sugary ( like my beloved cupcakes) the base for this tasty treat is greek yogurt which will keep you full of yummy protein for hours to come.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough-The Healthy Way
- 1 cup Fage Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp nut butter of your choice
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chocolate chip granola (we have been loving Jessica's Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Granola, you can get it at Whole Foods)
Add nut butter of your choice and granola to your yogurt. Mix and enjoy!
Be careful, this stuff is seriously addicting!
