Quarter Recap

I can’t believe it’s time to wrap up another quarter! My time in culinary school is going alarmingly fast! I learned so much in my fundamentals class. Knife skills, how to make a kick-butt sauce out of whatever you have in your pantry, grilling, frying, cooking up some delish veggies and so much more! Looking back on what I learned, I wanted to post some pics of my favorite dishes this quarter.
